Projekt Perfumery India — fraud and cheating and no customer support no goods delivered for the order placed on march

Ordered a perfume online called dolche and gabbana the one for men 30 ml worth rs. 3298 from the company project perfumery india on 17/03/2020. My order no. Is 28201. I have not received the order till now. Firstly i was told that due to covid the shipping is not available and as soon as the shipping restarts i will get my product. Even after the shipping resumed all around india i have not received anything. I have repeatedly tried to contact the customer service and the only response i get is that the refund will be issued next week. I even tried contacting their head mr. Mohit khatri on social media. He promised me that the refund will be issued but till date nothing has been done. This is a big fraud. Please look into my complains. They have caused me financial and mental harassment.
