Have placed an prepaid order 3 weeks ago and not a single response. I keep getting generic reply from concierge mentioning 1 week as next deadline. Provide update and ship my order or refund the money! Horrible customer service, have tried reaching out via insta, youtube, mails and fb but no replies regarding my order. Order#13471
Realised after seeing other comments on youtube etc that this company isnt one bit concerned with assisting customers or keeping them up to date as many other users mentioned facing similar issues in their comments. Was this information helpful? |
