1. Searched for 200 ML quantity perfume bottle on the website perfumery.co.in (Artifacts attached” Search Result.JPG”) and placed order “order no. #PPI-SX[protected]XX” (Artifacts attached” Purchase Confirmation.JPG”), however in the details section quantity of 100 ML was mentioned but the price displayed was of 200 ML.
2. Order placed for 200 ML, and I accepted the price displayed on the website. Purchased the product dated 12-July-2023. Payment done via bank transfer HDFC for INR 8461.14. (Artifacts attached” Payment Confirmation.JPG”)
3. Received 100 ML perfume dated 17-July-2023
4. Return requested via website (Artifacts attached “Return Req.JPG”), emails (Artifacts attached “Gmail.JPG”), and WhatsApp (Artifacts attached “WhatsApp.JPG”), as the quantity received less as per my order.
5. Return request not accepted on the website and no reply to emails as well after several follow-ups.
6. Received confirmation from them via WhatsApp that the quantity was not provided by them as it was placed, and refund of the excess amount was also accepted by them initially. However, after some time they stopped replying to messages as well for the refund of excess amount 100 ML (Artifacts attached “WhatsApp.JPG”).
I am reaching to your team to help me to solve the issue and help me getting my refund of the balance amount as they have stopped replying and not taking any action.
