I placed on order for an item on February 26th 2021 (Order #PPI-SXXX[protected]XX). Till date the status of the order has not changed (unfulfilled). I have sent several emails inquiring about the order but I have not received a single response so far.
It is now more than a month and the product has still not been delivered. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for a family member. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service.
I would like a full refund of the amount I have paid. I do not want the item any more.
