I had placed an order on 12th Jan. While placing the order, the website was clearly showing that the product will be picked up in 24 hours and delivered in 2 days. I received a shipping information on the same day but the courier tracking link provided was showing 'no information available'. It was only on 16th that the courier tracking link started showing information. To my surprise, it says that the package was picked up on 16th Jan - 4 days after I placed the order. When I enquired from the customer care over email and instagram - no one responded. When I contacted them via chat, the customer care executive gave me a lame excuse ' due to COVID'. The issue of shipping delays due to COVID is over long back. I see no reason why the company is still saying this. There is no information about shipping and refunds updated on the website. In fact, after I checked the website in detail, a lot of information is missing or misleading. Kindly advise the company to provide correct information to the customers and update the webpage - otherwise this seems like a scam. Was this information helpful? |
