[Resolved]  Projekt Perfumery India — No refund done as promised

I placed an order on December 5, 2020 at 2:22 am. The perfumes that I ordered were : Dunhill desire red (150 ml tester), Dunhill Century (135 ml tester) and Moschino Uomo (125 ml tester). I have received the later two as partial delivery but I have not received Dunhill Desire Red (150ml tester) till date. When asked about it, the Customer care says that it will be dispatched soon but nothing has reached me yet. I tried to reach out to Mohit Khatri (owner) who assured me that he will refund me the amount but he is also not replying to my messages now. Please resolve the issue.

A YouTube fragrance reviewer, Thomas Lincredible raised an issue regarding his shipment in Joy Amin's Facebook page, Fragcomm Bangladesh. I wrote about my issue there and this lead someone to contact me and he refunded the amount Rs 2000 in my bank account the next day.
Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
