Orders placed in April ( prepaid) one of them mentioned as express shipping, order numbers[protected] and[protected], has still not been shipped. Reminders via emails, WhatsApp number messages and their own website chatbox there has been no response . It's shocking callous attitude considering it's nearly two months of placing and paying for their orders. The team supposed to be working there cannot even respond to customer. Perhaps the team itself is non existent or else repeat queries regarding order numbers[protected] and order number[protected] won't go unanswered. If they are not stocking products, not employing people to deal with customers, then perhaps they should stop taking orders also from customers. Jul 19, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved One of my orders was delivered yesterday ( July 18 th )and the other order amount was refunded today ( july 19 th) . So finally the matter regarding the order of two perfumes ordered in April 2021 has been satisfactorily resolved and no pending issues left. Despite stock available of product and me sending repeat mails and messages to project perfumery team, they are not responding. When product is available they refuse to respond, and if product becomes not available after some weeks, they will at that time claim product out of stock Looks like carefully curated answers to mislead customers. Only fresh express sales conducted every weekend ( latest being 5 th June 2021)but no shipping of pre paid orders placed more than 2 months ago . So it's not like site has closed down so they are not responding. It's very much actively conducting sales and collecting money but just refusing to ship the products you have paid for. The site is still up and running ...sales and selling is happening but products are not being delivered...! I continue to contact them on WhatsApp and chatbot but it's not yielding anything. Even if we manage to email or whatsApp on the numbers provided via links on the site, there will be no response to your query. The site is continuing to claim express delivery and 48 hrs shipping on the regular sales it keeps conducting on its site. Yet refuses to deliver pre paid orders placed months back. Extremely dubious way of functioning. Jul 19, 2021 Updated by Sha159 Out of two orders that I had placed, my payment for order number[protected] has been refunded today and the other order bearing number[protected] was finally delivered yesterday. Glad to say matter has been resolved and no pending issues left.

Orders numbers[protected] and[protected] placed in April 2021 continue to be pending.the products are available on the website but still shipping not done .
I have informed the concerned via chatbot and WhatsApp...but absolute no response of team to customer.
