Orders placed in April ( prepaid) one of them mentioned as express shipping, order numbers[protected] and[protected], has still not been shipped. Reminders via emails, WhatsApp number messages and their own website chatbox there has been no response .
It's shocking callous attitude considering it's nearly two months of placing and paying for their orders. The team supposed to be working there cannot even respond to customer.
Perhaps the team itself is non existent or else repeat queries regarding order numbers[protected] and order number[protected] won't go unanswered.
If they are not stocking products, not employing people to deal with customers, then perhaps they should stop taking orders also from customers.

I have informed the concerned via chatbot and WhatsApp...but absolute no response of team to customer.
