I ordered in February 2021, and the estimated delivery date was in March 2021. The order was never shipped even after consistent queries and support requests. No replies were given to refund requests. Then in June 2021, they say they have refunded the order, but it has been two months I have received no money back. They give conflicting responses, for example: the money should already reflect in your bank account OR there is some trouble with the gateway. There is absolutely no further response to any of my follow-ups.
