Projekt Perfumery India — Order #PPI-SX[protected]XX

On 31 May 2021, my 7 year old daughter purchased an Armani 100 ml Tester from Projekt Perfumery online portal. It was a gift for Father's Day. The amount deducted from the bank account was Rs. 4, 598.10 including delivery charges. There was a confirmation email from Projekt Perfumery on the same day, mentioning that shipping details would mailed once item is dispatched.

After a few days, since I have not received any update regarding the item, I wrote a mail to Projekt Perfumery. I did not receive any revert from the company, so I wrote couple of follow up mails. On 9 June 2021, a reply came from Mr. Mohit Khatri saying that the matter is being checked, after which again silence from the company and its representatives. I kept on following up with the company via emails as there is no telephone number and the chatbox on the company website does not help the customer at all. I have given my telephone number and asked the company representative/owner to give a call but no call came.

On 15 June 2021, my daughter wrote to the company(using my email ID) that it is Father's Day and she paid from her saved pocket money. A mail came from Mr. Yash Kolekar, telling that the ordered item is not available and an alternative can be provided. Since, I do not want my daughter to be disappointed I replied back for the affirmative. After that again silence from Projekt Perfumery. I again sent a reminder on 17 June 2021 and on 18 June 2021 a mail reply came saying CSX ticket has been opened(don't know what it means). On 20 June 2021, again I sent a mail informing the company that they have disappointed and cheated a little girl on Father's Day, after which a reply came saying my order has been cancelled and amount is refunded which will be credited to the account within 72 hours.

Till now, refund is pending and It is really frustrating and disheartening why people do such things in these pandemic times.

I hope, through this platform, the concerned authorities instruct the company to refund the little girl's pocket money.

Hello,

Still the refund has not been done and Projekt Perfumery has not even bothered to respond the various follow ups mails. They have just kept quiet. Seriously doubting the credibility and legit status of this firm.

My daughter is so disappointed and dejected that her pocket money has not been returned by the company. If the item is not in stock, any respectable ecommerce company would just refund the amount.

Please look into.
