I placed my order # UBX1XKLF-13550-F8 on 7th Feb 2022. There have been zero updates on the status. Multiple calls on a daily basis have gone unanswered. No reply to emails. No reply to texts. Their whatsapp is a farce. These websites are truly run by a bunch of crooks. No customer service, no accountability, no refund, no updates. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Hi Poonam…looks like I’ve been duped as well. Been waiting for my delivery for the past 3 weeks and these people don’t even bother to respond.
I’m just reaching out to a few people to check if they received their delivery from these people. Did you get yours eventually?

I received my order today. I had been following up on my order in these two ways:
- I had put in my query on their csx link. I received a response from their csx team, confirming they had procured my order and will ship it. This is the link: https://perfumery.co.in/pages/csx
- I was also following up with a girl named Pooja on their WhatsApp number - +91 7486036808

Hope this helps you. I can feel your frustration as they don’t respond easily,
