Projekt Perfumery India — Order/Refund not received since 3 months

I have placed 2 orders in November2020. Both of which I'm awaiting products
Order PPI-SXXX64290399XX. Only partial order received. Still awaiting for Aqua Allegoria order was placed on 11th Nov2020. Order no PPI-SXXX64317599XX placed on 15th Nov2020 no product received from this order. They told me in Dec they didn't have products in stock. I asked for refund and was made to fill an online form. However no refund yet
Have been complaining and writing to them via email, WhatsApp, site chat box. However they have stopped responding. I've not got these orders nor my refund.
No-one takes your call either. Pathetic customer service. Seems on the garb of Diwali discounts they have cheated a whole lot if people, the sheer number of complaints online against them is proof of this fact.
