I had ordered 2 perfumes out of which they shipped only one. The payment was done for both perfumes and the other perfume they told would be shipped in 2/3 days. It is more than 2 weeks since i contacted their customer care and emailed them reauestinf a refund. The neither ship the product nor issue a refund. I have been following up on the order every day by chat and email, but i am being given false assurances of a refund soon, but they are not doing it. Please ensure that they make a refund of rs 6499/- for the product they have'nt shipped. The other product from the same order worth rs4999/- was sent to me. I have the emails that i sent to them as proof and their replys. The order no is 2405.
