Projekt Perfumery India — Pending order & refund issue since 4 months

I placed an order on their website on 19th July 2021 its been over 4 months now they have stopped replying to queries regarding this order also when i asked for a refund no action was taken or I keep writing to them regrading this issue in hopes that they will resolve this issue but as you can see its been over 4 months and i have lost my money here...please help me if you can, I am mentioning all the details below regarding the order in question
