I have ordered two perfumes from perfumery.co.in with order ids #11773 and #11882 on 27.08.19 and 29.08.19 respectively. Both the orders are prepaid orders and i paid rs.6448. As per the details in the product page both the perfumes are to be shipped within 2 business days. I waited till 03.09.19 and started trying to contact them using various channels like phone calls, ivr, whatsapp support etc. Now even after 15 days of placing order neither the products were shipped nor they have informed me about the delay.
Finally i came to know that "projects concierge" is the only way i can contact them for post sales queries. On that page it was mentioned that "all the queries will be addressed with in 2 hours from 12-8 pm. Thrice i posted my concerns on different dates and i have not received any response from them.
I see a bunch of good recommendations from net on this website placed orders on them. Now i came to know that they are cheating customers like me.
Please cancel my orders and refund rs.6448 immediately. Was this information helpful? |
