Projekt Perfumery India — product not delivered since 2 months

I had ordered a perfume in june 2019 for 1500 inr. It has been more than 3 months and my product is not delivered, neither the company has refunded my amount.
After several calls and emails there is still no response from the company. The company executive gives vague answers and has been rude too. I have even tried reaching out to the ceo mr. Mohit, but still have not received any response. Please help.
