[Resolved]  Projekt Perfumery India — Product not even shipped in last 7 months

I ordered a perfume in August 2020 and paid rs. 5098 in advance. I didnt receive anything. When asked, always the same reply that it's stuck in transit. Finally I asked for my money back. They have stipped responding to mails since then. Customer care is only via chat and they also have standard line that it will take time to process refund. Its already one month since I asked for refund. Clear frauds. Why they are allowed to have online presence and continue to loot people? There must be some legal action against such people.
