Purchased a product on 25th August 2022. Till 20th September 2022 I still have not received the product.
When I wrote to the customer care, I kept receiving the same pre-written mail back. The mail said the following :
"Hello Thank you for Writing to Perfumery. Your Order ID - ###. We shall review your request and revert you within 24 Hours. Your Partner in Olfactive Mission, #Perfumery".
But no one reached out within the next 24 hours. So I kept sending mails and kept receiving the same mails. Was this information helpful? |
