[Resolved] Projekt Perfumery India — Refund Initiated but not received

I made an order on 5th June 2021 but the perfumery team later said they can't fulfill the order so I asked for my refund to which they agreed on 12th June 2021. In my account, the amount is showing in the "refund request" section of my account but it's not money is not being released to my account. my order number is #PPI-SX[protected]XX

They don't even respond to messages on the number provided by them. Please help.

The team contacted me and refunded my amount. I would still like to say it took them 2 months and a lot of follow-ups to do this, plus I had to take this strict action (consumer complaint forum) only then I got a call from their team.

Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
