These guys are a big time fraudsters,,,, they send fake perfumes and give fake commitments... I had placed my order for 3 perfumes from the house of initio viz oud for greatness, side effect & atomic rose and paid upfront 27, 000 rs using my credit card. Out of the package i only received two perfumes and two my surprise as i unboxed it, it was no near to how the original perfume smells and the packaging was also slightly different so also checked on check fresh and i coudnt find the batch code details. Upon whcih i realised these are all fake replica perfumes exactly made with duplicate juice inside it.
Upon realizing this i contacted ashish jha for placing a return and asked him not to ship the 3rd perfume as i no longer need anything from these guys and asked for a full refund.. He in turn arranged for the pick up and perfumes were sent back and recieved by these guys on 23rd of nov itself and since then neither gaurav whos the so called owner and ashish are responding to give the refund now.
I urge the consumer complaints community to boycott such fraudsters and ensure that my refund is processed. I have tried all my luck to chase these guys but they are so smart they wont even let you post a review on their website neither on google page so that they can still continue to fool people.

The fraudsters don't even have the courtesy of responding of several messages sent to them and they have gone ghost..
I urge the fragrance community to stand against these guys who are just fooling customers and looting them sending fake perfumes.
