Projekt Perfumery India — ships in 24 hours hasn't shipped for 9 days

The products i ordered say in stock and “ships in 24 hours”

I have waited 9 days and it still says “unfulfilled “ and has not been shipped.

They ignore my chat messages asking about my order but they reply when i look interested in buying.

Updated by jesseali waiting 5 months!!! still nothing. they keep saying they will send it in a week, then the next week, then the next week, then the next... then COVID made shipping impossible... then no reply...

Updated by jesseali It has been about 1 year since I ordered. I contact them pretty much monthly. They always ignore me. Today they finally replied: "It looks like this is an old order"

Then they ignored me again when I replied that they never sent it to me. See image for conversation.
