I ordered a perfume from Paris Corner (Order #PCON1990PPI) - a website maintained by this company on 9th July. Till now - I am getting emails with false promises of delivery in a standard template in which they simply change the dates every week. It is clear delay tactic. They are unable to procure the perfume so they are just delaying. I have also asked for refund and since then there has been a complete silence from their end. The owner is an extremely rude and highly unethical individual (he once sent me a free perfume so that I delete a negative review online - even after I told him not to). I need my money back as I am not longer interested in the perfume - cannot be sure if I will get a genuine product.
I have also registered an online complain with the consumer forum. If this issue is not resolved in a week. I will file a consumer case on this seller

Updated by Pratibha M I received an email from the seller on 5th Sep 2022 'A shipment from order #PCON1990PPI is on the way'. They provided tracking information. The status since 5th of Sep is 'Online Shipment Booked'. They have no intention of sending the product and now just delaying the delivery further by such fake information. The seller and his team are only working towards stealing money from their customer - they all belong in Jail.
