I had appointment for pmp exam on 17 august 2017. I reached the testing center with my aadhar smart card printed from aadhar center. I had color xerox of my passport and driving licence. I was not allowed to give exam,
I is clearly mentioned on the aadhar card website that aadhar card printed on any paper is valid proof. So why does prometric ask for laminated aadhar card and term it as original.

This is a lack of respect, the form induces error since in the terms of acceptance it only says that the full name must be written the same way that it is in the card, that company uses it to steal people's money.
I cound't do the test even my name is the same the form and the same in the card, and in nowhere does this information exist clearly.
If i couldn't fill up my form if my middle name why exist this field, and even i ring before the test to a simple change it was no possible, because you prefer steal people than help.

Sir, I have created account and proceeded to Payment for booking gre slot but the transaction was failed and slot was not booked but the amount of 13000 got debited from the account. Kindly provide me the procedure for refunding of amount.

The location doesn't exist Exam was scheduled for May 23rd/2015 8:00 AM At 222 DIXON ROAD STE 305 ETOBICOKE, ON M9P3S5 Canada I arrived to the place with enough time at 7:00 AM, and there is no sign about the testing center When Googling the center, found a guy, who indicated that the center was relocated and that they'll be waiting for me even if I’m a bit late, due to the miss communication from Prometric/testing center. I don't have a car, as someone dropped me off at the testing center, so he indicated to take a bus Without clear directions, despite trying to get them by calling the testing center, who replied to my 5 calls, "680 Rexdale Blvd." (In that area, buildings could be separated each by half kilometer and numbers are not displayed appropriately) After reaching the place around 9:20 AM, the guy insisted that we shouldn’t re-schedule, that I should take my time After waiting for 30 minutes, he said that the computer wasn’t working and gave me this candidate care No# 10762565 and then we agree to re-schedule the exam When I called to the Prometric care center, the support person, said that “222 Dixon Road” is the correct address, which is incorrect, as there is no Prometric testing center there This was dangerous, frustrating, disappointing, more costly for me and totally unexpected given the high reputation the PMI institute has. I urge Prometric to update their records, inform examinees about the change and escalate this to address the root of the problem

I had scheduled my microsoft exam 70-486 for today 10.30 am on for pune center at prometric.com on 10th Nov 2013. Exam ID is Z77SYD6233. I reached the testing center at 9:55 a.m. At 10.15 am they asked me for my documents and told that PAN Card and Adhaar Card are not acceptable documents. I have gone through name change process after marriage, so was carrying my marriage certificate and affidavit with me so that my passport or driving license, the one that carries old name will be o[censored]se if needed. But they didnot accept anything. I kept on asking them for a solution and they kept on telling me that your money will not be refunded neither they will re-schedule my exam. It was not 10.30 even when all this conversation was going on. Rather they told me to email them the request for name change. Just because I had already paid the money online, even center people were least interested in all this. Also they suggested me to email them the documents with the old name, but still they have not responded me yet. I sent so many requests/complaints on their website, still there is no response. Even over phone they are not replying properly. But all this is not right. After marriage for most of all ladies the name change happens, and when I am giving them legal documents of the same, why they are not accepting. And they have not mentioned anywhere clearly on the website what all documents they accept. This is really a very bad experience. I did not give the exam and even lost my exam fees.

I wrote my computer based GRE exam on 27th of October 2014 at prometric testing facility in Bangalore, India. During the course of the test, the server kept hanging atleast 7 to 8 times with my clock ticking. I could not mark my answers nor could I move on to the next questions. Due to this, I lost close to 15 valuable minutes during my GRE. Worst of all, I have complained to the testing facility 3 times and I haven't received a single response in this regard. It is very sad and shocking to see international testing bodies such as ETS and prometric behave in such an irresponsible manner. Such experiences are not expected when one takes up an ETS exam and this has changed my view about ETS and Prometric .

I had paid fees of 7800Rs for OCJP with Prometric Pune on 4th June, 2013. I had been communicated that whenever I was ready for the exam, I had to call one week prior to it and a voucher would be issued to me for the same. After this my domain was changed, and also I was sent onsite, so I could never communicate that I did not want to give the exam, as I was under the impression that I would call up later and get some amount as cancellation fees or I could take the exam as I wished. I called them a few days back, and Prometric now is telling me that they will refund only 50% as they had already taken I voucher on my name and it has got expired of which NEVER any communication was done with me. Prometric never did any follow-up with me, and now it is saying that it has also disabled the OCJP exam from their centre. This is very fraudulent way they have conducted with me. Please guide what should be done now

We had joined Silicon Prometric Center for the guidance of our project. They are only bothered about when the students will pay the fees of the course. But the faculty is totally useless who are not at all interested in teaching students. Upon that they had told us to vacate for 2 weeks in the 2 months course because they were conducting exams for other students. We had very high hopes about this training center before joining. I didn't have my exam at 12:30 in the prometric center bangalore.I reached there at 11:30 only.Once we entered into the exam center they wont allowed us to go out.The exam should start at 12:30 but because of some server problem they kept waiting me for really 4hrs.I have given my exam at 4:30.I was in hungry like hell these 4hrs.They didnt even allowed me to eat something from outside.I was not even allowed to talk to other person.These reasons kept me starving and made my stomach upset and didn't do my exam well.In that exam i kept all of them by choice blindly because i am starving and wanted to eat something.Prometric center of bangalore (white Field) if they have their own problems about server problem.When an exam should be conducted at 12:30 should be started at the correct time.This affected my score.I want a RE-EXAM in Gre. I had registered for the TOEFL exam scheduled to be taken on Feb 15,2013.But due to closing of test centre , It was rescheduled to March 30,2013 .

Now I get a mail saying due to technical reasons , I’ve to take the test again . What kind of a sham are u running here , The test was at Stella Marris College,Chennai on March 30,2013 .The test was conducted in a mere college lab. No cubicles (reqd for exam like TOEFL) or qualified staff. The staff present there were clueless and ill-bothered as to how to handle the problem and even after staying back for one hour after the test They told me that issue is resolved and Test has been submitted successfully , and I can leave. So I did leave although hesitantly.



And as per the last rescheduling, I never even received as much as a call or email till now ,telling me about this issue. And never asked about the date / location to which test should be rescheduled to. Now I’m informed that I’ve to take the test at Kochi on May 11th. Without even confirming or the consent of the candidate how the bloody hell can you do something like this. This is pathetic and cowardly on your part and no one to take responsibility. I’m truly disappointed and disgusted.



And just recently I get a shock when I see that the exam that was scheduled for May 11th at Bangalore has agian been rescheduled to May 11th at Hyderabad for reason-Closure of test center. I've been the victim of this twice now.What kind of a review panel do you have that gives the go-ahead to so many new centers only for them to be closed in a month or two. This is outright ridiculous and embarassing that you guys have been given the burden of hosting such a prestiguos international exam such as the TOEFL. I sincerely hope that this is the last time I'll be dealing with you guys ever again.



Please ensure that this gets reported to the concerned authorities and the test center and staff involved are reprimanded . Now I’ve to take up the exam knowing that it’s been rescheduled 3 times ! , and its almost 4 months since Feb 15th which was the initial scheduled date ! All due to negligence of the staff ,This is totally and utterly unacceptable ! . And Let me assure you that I’ll be forwarding this e-mail to several other parties to make them aware of this atrocity.

I scheduled my GRE examination for Jan 22 2013, i received an email and SMS from prometric that the test centre was closed down. I asked them to reschedule the date to February 5th 2013. They agreed. I got an email from ETS that the test has been scheduled at Christ college. Later just a day before the test ie 4th February, i got mail from Prometric that the test has been re-scheduled to 5th March. How can they reschedule without the consent of the person taking the exam? I demand an explation from Prometric. They are the No1 Fraudsters.

Prometric parts ways with Everon

US firm decides to go solo

US-headquartered test-conducting firm Prometric Inc. has gone solo by dropping its Indian partner Everonn for massive proxy testing in GRE and PMI exams racket caught at Ahemdabad test center.

This is not the first time that Prometric has been highlighted for such a loose security at their own test centers.

An Everonn official has commented this is being due to Avtar Tickoo personal rivalry with few representatives and for his personal gains.

Its been earlier brought in notice Avtar Tikoo a close aide of Bhasker Kedia has been involved in number for scams in testing industry such as TOEFL Proxy scam, IIM center allocation scam and TOEFL head phone scam. This development is being seen as a move to bring Avtar Tickoo trusted aides in to GRE and PMI proxy business in which Everonn had a monoploy.

Students are being affected due to this development. It is heared from reliable sources that people in Prometric are eyeing this business of proxy PMP and GRE and TOEFL exams for personal gains and are putting up their own real estate brokers to make a quick buck on the same.

Meanwhile age old partner Everonn is shocked with the movement and planning to slap legal notice to Prometric.

“They (Prometric) have gone ahead without their partners. Few days (of the test window) has gone and we have no problem in conducting the tests. We expect them to deliver a glitch-free exam,” Kumar said.

On[protected], I have used my debit card for registering GRE test online @ 1: 09 :44 pm our local time through bank of baroda bank.

But on processing and the verification report it reports that a errorer occured please try later, I am in the presumption that card has not processed and amount has not been deducted from my card, within a few second i got sms alerts from my bank that amount of 175USD is deducted from your account.

subsequently I processed for GRE testing for through my brother"s credit card on[protected] at 11:20 am, it accepted and reciept received for payment from prometric testing pvt ltd Gurgoan haryana

But in my case the system wrongly debit in the card account of me and it might be credit to m/s Prometric testing pvt ltd wrongly without receiving receipt from prometric testing pvt ltd gurgaon haryana,

I had talked with your customer care representatives on the same day they told it will be refunded back within 30-45 days but now 3 months has been over i did'nt got my money back

I was informed vide your e-mail dated 30th July,2012 that my Cat examination 2012, would be held on the 2nd November,2012 at ERA Business School,Dwarka. When I went there to sit in the examination I was informed by the Prometric representative that my name does not figure in the list of the candidates for this Examination. Then the Prometric Representative checked my admit-card then and there through gmail and found that two admit cards had been issued against my roll number - one for 31`st October, 2012 and 2nd November, 2012. I also saw this mail in the presence of the Prometric Representative. When this mail was opened to my utter surprise the mail for 2nd November, 2012 against my roll number appeared at the top of my mail box and the mail for 31st October against my roll number was at the bottom of the mail box.


It may be pointed out that the latest mail is always at the top in the mail box but in my case the latest mail (i.e. 31st October, 2012) appeared at the bottom which was my actual CAT date for the examination. Normally one see the latest mail at the top of the mail box and act accordingly particularly in examination. But in this case the mail sent by prometric for 2nd November,2012 was at the top I therefore went to the examination centre on the 2nd November,2012 and there I was told that I should have appeared for this examination on the 31 October,2012. This evidence about these two mail are still in my mail box which can be verified through my mail a copy of which is attached.

I purchased my voucher for Microsoft exams through http://www.prometric.com. I paid them in hundreds of dollars for 5 exam pack in July 2011. Just before I purchased the vouchers I called prometric through their contact number

They told me that the voucher for taking the exams has a validity of 1 year. I took one of my exams in July 2011 itself. I then planned to study for my other 4 exams later and use the vouchers. Suddenly in the month of December they are notifying me via my email that my voucher will expire in 30 days. I called prometric immediately and inquired about it and they said yes it is and there is no option to extend the validity for the vouchers. I then asked I was informed that the voucher has a 1 year validty. For this the representative answers me that yes it is a 1 year pack from 2010 Jan till dec 2011, and the validy is not from the purchase date.

But according to their Terms and Conditions in their website they have stated that the validity is from the purchase date

I didn't have any other options from them so I started preparing for the exams and due to the nonavailability of time for the exams, I had to take up the exams with partial knowledge about the subject and I didn't achieve the minimum requirements. And I had my second shot idea. So went to the new link given by prometric to claim second shot vouchers @

which didn't work. So I had to call up prometric again to ask them for the voucher for second shot. Then came the new year vacations and saturdays and sundays holidays for them so they never responded until the end of my expiry date of the voucher told by them. After the expiry they are not willing to give me the second shot voucher id for my exam retakes.

Microsoft's exam retake policy is as below

If a candidate does not achieve a passing score on an exam the first time, the candidate must wait at least a 24-hour period before retaking the exam."

But prometric doesn't give the retake vouchers until 72 hours that is 3 days. This is a big cheating to increase the waiting time until my voucher expires by 31 Dec. Totally they are fooling every candidate who purchases vouchers in their website.
