The newest entrant to proxy market is Avtar Tickoo who recenlty joined prometric.

Its Bhasker who is now selleing complete test solution from preason Vue to prometric through avtar. Bhasker and avtar meet every sat at Delhi Hatt and exchange the money eraned by giving TOEFL Centers recent deals like hitesh neworks, prasad networks, Vijaysolutions and centers in college through dheeraj have made them a crore pati. It even heard bhasker has had enough and is now going to retire.

Yes Mr Swaroop is a proxy exam king in north india and a very closed chadii badii of Mr Dheeraj Aswani, Mr. Sujon Krishnan of prometric and Mr.Bhasker kedia and Mr.Amit of vue. In fact they have a couple of test ceners with different names Venus, Netroute in Delhi, they are also under dheeraj guidance working in IIMT and IPEM colleges and are happyly having all the pockets full

Up till now, Pearson VUE is the market leader in the cheating and false dummy exams. Everybody knows that VUE officials are directly involved in it.

Pearson VUE’s official Mr. Bhaskar Kedia is famous in India proxy market just search his name on the net and you will know his works. Now Bhasker is also controlling Prometric along with Pearson Channel through his best friend Mr. Avtar Tickoo.

Dhiraj Aswani and Sujon Krishnan one of the well known names now in market are who are still there even after their dirty work have now made Bhasker and his muse their IDOL and growing the friendship. They now openly doing dummy exams in their partnership sites.

In short, NOW IT’S THE TIME OF PROMETRIC OFFICIALS to make money like Bhaskar. Avtar is the most obedient student of Bhaskar and so he implemented same policy which Bhaskar have made in VUE into Prometric. Prometric officials have been involved in big racket of dummy exams earlier but with my mails earlier they have stopped or atleast slowed down. Now with Bhasker and Avtar they are back in business of pimping for sites. They are partner in major proxy centerss of North, East, West and South.

Full permission for dummy exams are given to institute like IIHT, HCL, New Horizon and others. IIHT and HCL are going were IACM had just started doing 100% dummy exams in their own and franchisee centers and still noboday observes them. Are you listening Sujon!!! I Hope you wake up and go there instead of sleeping with TCA’s during audits. Do some work for company now man.

Indian Prometric security head and his team agents are directly involved in this racket. In western region, Prometric’s own testing center is involved in doing proxy tests including GRE. Mr. Vikas Kadam and earlier MS Nair are directly involved for doing GRE, USMLE and other proxy test. Mr Vikas is a good dealer whenever he goes to audit on his partner gifted TVS blaze he make sure he gets money he call from the site to Sujon to confirm the payment. If a site does not pay. Sujon Kabooms it!!!

All the sites mentioned below have paid some body or other. If the site is opened with taking all this money you guys they will have to make it somehow Sujon and then proxy is the way they make it and then suddenly Sujon strikes again for his never ending hunger for money he closes site so that he can open the same again with different name with full money. He has ruined the name of company and Industry.

In south region, Mr. Bhasker Reddy, is doing the work for Sujon. Reddy collects all the payments and every month Reddy is transferring the amount in Sujon’s dummy account which was opened in various banks like ICICI, HDFC and BOB.

Indian security head Mr. Sujon is taking his part from all over the India. Sujon has given the target to their agents to collect the bugs from each and every region and collecting lakhs of rupees every month.

In the south region; which is the home region of security head Mr. Sujon, he has given permission to dummy exam agents to do the test in big educational institution or colleges. Mr. Sujon and his security team member is the handle of IIHT and other big institutes. Mr. Sujon and his team are forcing to take franchisee of IIHT and do maximum dummy exam at IIHT franchisee centers. Soon you will find all 300 APTC IIHT franchise and Madhav laughing to bank with Prometric team beside him.

Sujon and dheeraj aswani have recently approved some centers taking Rs. 10 Lac per centre. Some centers are;

Sandeep narayan has personal stake in Hitesh Network, Prasad Network, Vijay Solution(owned by Prassana, Krishna, Nasir all close bhasker aid all have VUE centers(Prasad networks, Sudersan Networks have applied with different name) etc.

i dont thing any of the above comment are true as my center recently got shut down inspite of giving ample of money to my channel, i dont thing its the truth that people at higher end are taking money but it people at ground level which are making fool out of everyone and filling up there pocket.

Thanks to all of you for uncovering such a scam that is effecting people who do not belong to this criminal category. World will notice but not Indian government which is predominantly run by corrupted politicians, most of them have cut in all these contractual deals. Just like SRM (Tamil Nadu) where the scam for admitting students against capitation fee of 40 lakhs was uncovered by TOI almost 2 years ago indicated the money channeling to various political leaders of DMK. But its the people who can make a difference good or bad...now its time to make it good and fight for injustice. God Bless You all courageous people.

my exam was yesterday i.e 6th Dec.2009 at GNIT greater noida, UP and I m from delhi.

my complaint is that, before our exam started (in morning) the prometric volunteers over at the centre told us we don't have to use "REVIEW, MARKED, UNMARKED " buttons on the P.C during test as they are making crashes to the test.
and really i got very uncomfortable to work without these buttons like when i was on ques no.57 i want to back to ques no. 3 then i had to press the previous button 54 times it was really very timeconsuming.

Another mishap was happened when my P.C monitor screen got of[censored] will not believe my heart beats were beating 4 times as off normal . and when i called to the volunteer he told me dont worry about that the test will started with the same time as off when it gets off but when he toched the monitor the screen appears automatically and my timer was running. it takes 7-8 min. in all this process. and resulted that i had attempted only 8-10 ques in the quant.

i am student doing b.tech wana to share some things about cat 2009 which is joking
nothing else.this year cat exam is am not saying easy or tough but want to say something arrangement and paper setting, i do't know who was doing this either prometric or iim's. first i want to ex plane about lab in which exam was conducting, computer are arranging in such manner so that any body can see all computer of his row without turning his head if this does not believe then go and see all these things(at AZAD ENG COLL LUCKNOW) ok lets this is nice that which two are friends and say that u complete this section and i will complete this section, but unfortunately this happened because there is no predefined fixed order of sitting arrangement at the exam time, seeing this when see that two guys or girls cheating when no one sharing any things with me but they doing good as they want. ok let this is also good but i never excuse that team member who set this india's no one paper now i will not say this because of this examination schedule
where at last 3 or 4 days of examination paper was repeated and also available in market strictly saying at all coaching center of India because every day they has 10-20 member who is going only for learning not qualifying the test CAT. they had come and distribute among there student with information that this is best but not legal. i always to thank paper setter in which 30% question is repeated from this year paper which is unfortunately in the market, and 30% of paper is from top coaching of India( directly question from booklet or sheet which is provided to students). this year 50 % of the student attempting 90% question in best exam of MBA NOW NOT. i am not sure about cut-off but one things is sure that cut-off is very high this year, not because of paper level but some other reason which is mentioned above.

you have a solid point in your querries and i also want to come back to the paper pencil pattern again ..for the central goverment...

if you r right in every point of view and wanted to fight for saving "your one year preparation " for CAT then you must go to COURT and claim for your "TIME MONEY YEAR " etc..

IIM Prometric Test — not getting any mail or message of rescheduled exam date

i was choosen an option of exam date 29-11-09 for cat online exam, but unfortuntely due to server problem i could not be appear in exam on that day.in later by rescheduling date was declared i.e 7-12 -09
but i could not get any mail or mesaage.

I am also affected by Prometric mismanagement in conducting exam. First of all I was supposed to enter at 1:30 pm and I reached my center at 1:00 pm. They kept me waiting upto 2:15 pm and after that I was made to stand in long queue for another 2 hours.As I entered my lab I was not given any kind of instructions and any instruction sheet. After about 45 minutes of exam i clicked to open the review page and then the server hanged or what and it showed your test is over.
After preparing for one year wasting so much money for my coaching and my time was I supposed to be given only 45 minutes of exam.
The Prometric and NIIT guys are not helping anyone regarding server or PC problems.
They are simply playing with the life of students and they are responsible for all these mental harassment to students.

I hate to break this to you - but judging from what you have written and HOW you have written, the odds of you cracking the cat are practically non-existent.

Not only your spellings are pathetic, your grammar and sentence construction is beyond repair(at this point of time). Also, considering your false confidence in your self, i reckon that your DI and Quant can be only marginally better, at best.

My sincere request is that you put some effort, get these things under control and try again next year.

While you are it, you may try and claim your test fee back. That perhaps, might be the only refund you can legitimately demand.

yes i am also one of those students woh r affected by the mismanagment of the india's biggest managment entrance examination(CAT) i have selected the tine of 10:00am but my exam was started at 1:00 pm till then we all are get no information and we all are about exhausted phically and mentally too. m reached at 7:30 am and we didn't get any information upto 12:30 pm and upto that time m just standig at the center so every one can understand how i have given the the CAT exam.
i have spend my 1 year in preparing for it and now i get nothing due to just this mismangement . they are just playing with our future and life why they change the last 33 year patern when they can't handle this e-cat

I, Devendra Kumar Bansal, is a CAT '09 aspirant.I went to give my exam on 28th nov, 2009 in morning shift starting at 10:30 am at GLBITM, greater noida.After the completion of 40 min. of my test when i clicked for the next question, the question didn't come on the screen rather some red coloured crosses were being displayed.Being confused, i raised my hand to call the proctor of prometric.Then he inspected the situation.He was also surprised as it was the first case of such kind being encountered at that computer lab.After that he clicked on the review button n then without concerning me, he suddenly cicked on the 'END' button of the review window.On complaining he called the technical team which could do nothing except convincing me that they are trying to resume my test.After the test time got finished, some higher incharge of the test came.I asked her for the written proof of the incident that happened to me which she refused to give

I was also the victim of the same. I was initially scheduled on 29th nov, 3:30 pm but due to technical reasons my test cannot start and i was sent back home. They said they would contact me within 24 hours but i didn't hear any call from them. I called them back asking for a rescheduled date and they assured me that they would give me 7th Dec for my test and instead they rescheduled it on 8th December saying there is no other option for me. I have my campus placements going on and that was the only date available to me and the guys on phone says me to choose between CAT and my college for it. This was so irresponsible from their side promising me to scheduling on 7th and reschedule it on 8th.

I would really like for some action to be taken against prometric,

Lets forget if Mr Sumit will crack CAT or nt, but im pretty sure that he atleast has the courage to come and voic out his opinion n reveal his identity(unlike a few who r hidin theirs ;) ).

Dude just take a chill pill rather than aspiring such low standard institutes please go for ISB and other institutes, CAT is now below par ! Get over with IIMs and their stupidity!

During the test everything was going well though it started around 2 hrs lately suddenly all of we giving the test got offline and we were returned back to the first page.Then we were told to sit calm and wait and after half an hour our test resumed.Unfortunately for some o[censored]s most of the questions were not appearing partly or completely.In my case my all DI section's graphs and diagrams disappeared only thing appeared was a corss mark which is normally shown when an image is not available in a website.

Seeing this i call for a sir, who took my Testing ID and informed imediately to prometric, as he said, and asked me to wait.My waiting lasted till the " You have ran out of time" message appeard.I was fainted and when i talked with the sir afterwards he told me that prometric may contact me.

I was trying the Helpline([protected]) number since then but could not fetch any response indeed a beep sound.I have been a serious CAT aspirant for this year and all the year was preparing for the day which left me unfortunate.

IN my test there was 5-6 qestion in quant in which required data was not there, in place of digits or diagram a red cross sign was there and when i called the people who were there for help they wasted my 3-4 min and then told me to skip the qestions, there should be a retest why should i pay for prometric and iim fault

I am another victim of this nuisance created by prometric and CAT. We were some 15 to 20 waiting for an unknown period to take the test. Firstly they call 2 hrs early. Got there by 2 pm.The test never began for us.Some person came and shut down the systems. We were told to wait for sometime. Then someone else told it ll begin by 5. Finally they were rescheduling it when the systems became ready. We started around 6.30pm.By that time I and others were totally exhausted..We had lost our concentration and mental state to write CAT.So the CAT and prometric must provide the compensation.Do hell with the security man.They dint even allow to take my hanky inside.And it was so hot inside, as against claimed by the prometric that the testing centres were air cooled. Sue them man! I took test in Garden City College, Bangalore

CAT is over, this is harsh reality ...CAT was an unfair game and IIMs are showing their true colours ...until now they were hiding their but now we all know that IIM people are no less than prowd swines arrogant enough to not accept their flaws and covering their asses by cooking diplomatic replies or maybe by corrupting media...somebody should sue them .If not students then they definately deserve fair treatment for what they have done!
This has shown us how selfish these IIM directors are and also shows their priorities for them saving their not so true "Reputation" is more important than being fair ...They are no less than hypocrites!

CAT 2009 has been a nightmare to the students this year. I completely subscribe to this complaint. Concerned authorities should conduct a retest to compensate the loss.

Although there are a lot of errors in how the complaint is written, I completely agree with what Sumit is trying to say. CAT 2009 has not been a fair exam for a large number a students. I support the demand for a Paper based retest.

hey man i m totally agree with u.if iim doing this type of management then they have no right to be a number 1 spot.i had also gave up my interiew in this recession time due to this cat.also there was huge difference in difficulty level of paper.so this is the clearly unfair for aspirant.thogh they claiming that we have standard statical method, i just only want to say that we are the person actually giving the exam.only we can kw how the difficult paper is...anyway i hope this thought can be worth.

My name is Puneet. I was scheduled for exam on saturday april 10th 2010 here in Usa.I did receive an email from the prometric and did confirm its scheduled on saturday at 8am. I work nights.After returning back from work at 2 am.I did dinner till 3 and studied one hour till 4am, then slept only one hour.As I had to leave my home at 5:30 am to be at test center by 8am.So I was restless, tired, When I reached the testing center, to my surprise, It was CLOSED. there was a security guard there, I logged into the visitors log book.and the center was indeed closed.It was very depressing and harassing afterall I had not even slept in night. I called that center phone on my cell and left a message for them and returned home at 9:20 am. I receieved called from lady after 12pm.I was sleeping that time, I called back at 4pm .That test center lady She didn't even apologize.She was rude and just gave me a number to call customer care, which I called just to find out that due to saturday it was closed.I know prometric will have me scheduled for exam again but who is going to pay for costly transport that I had to do to reach testing center, and what about the mental and emotional stress that I had to undergo.I am not sure whether I should sue the prometric for this, but I know a student has posted on review on another test center which has done this twice, and prometric just don't care and are playing with the careers, time money and efforts of students and causing them harassment. Please guide what should I do

Its not their fault. You should check you voucher expiry and prepare for the exam. They are no way concern with your voucher selling as for Java Sun will sell the vouchers.

No.. Its the case everywhere. Prometric centres ask you the expiry date and when you say it, they give you any date after the expiry date. If the voucher is not purchased from them and there, they don't allow to sit for exam and say wrong reason. When we call they say yes, you can take exam. Then they ask if you have voucher and once you say yes, the next day they call and give any excuse and say that it won't be possible now. You come after so and so date, which always is the date after voucher expiry date. And this is done by all the centres in Ahmedabad too.

This is wrong and should be brought under sun's eyes. Can anyone please let me know where to contact for to register a complaint?

How to apply for toefl test center, can any one let me know the procedure and requirements needed for establishing it.

It has happened a lot with many people. This should be brought to the notice of concerned authority and some discplinary action should be taken. You must get the voucher date extended.

I am facing the same problem in my SCJP voucher date is 07/08/2009. But NIIT center Ghatkopar is saying it is MM/DD/YYYY format. This is nowhere mentioned in the boucher. Plz help.

They are saying the date format is "MM/DD/YYYY". This date fomat is nowhere mentioned on the Voucher. please help.

Kindly note that the voucher expiry date is been extended till 7th of August in special case regarding the date format problem . Kindly go to your nearby prometric center and give your voucher number for validity conformation.Register immediately so that if you face any problem it can be resolved before it expires.

my friend and myself have taken the same dated voucher. And surprised to know about the date format to be in MM/DD/YYYY. So is it and sure information that they have extended the dates? Because here the NIIT center people are saying that the voucher has been expired and the test cannot be taken.

My voucher expiry date is also 07/08/2009 and I too misunderstood the date format.

since according to Indian stds, this date format stands for DD/MM/YYYY, so there should be some action taken on account of not mentioning the date format on the voucher itself.

My voucher expiry date is also 07/08/2009 and I too misunderstood the date format.

since according to Indian stds, this date format stands for DD/MM/YYYY, so there should be some action taken on account of not mentioning the date format on the voucher itself.

Last year, i have purchage sun certification voucher from NIIT.Till now, i have not given the exam.
Expiry date mention is 07/08/2009.As per my understanding voucher is valid upto 7th Aug 2009.
Can i able to give the exam ? otherwise my voucher will be useless.

I got a mail from sun saying that the voucher date is extended till 7th of August but when I tried to register the voucher at a prometric center. I was not allowed to register as the system didn’t accept the voucher and it prompted that "The voucher is expired".
Please confirm whether the voucher date is really extended.
Please suggest what can be the further steps to give the certification.
Please Help ASAP.

I want to bring this to NITTs attention.

Yesterday I took the SUN exam in NITT TNagar Branch, Chennai, India.
All the illprocess are happening there.
The prometric test incharge Mr.Jagadesh is doing all wrong things there.
a. He switches off the camera in the Test Room when the exam starts.
b. Many people are coming there and writing exam for their friends. No use of id proof and thumb impression which are just on papers.
c. Many more are bringing books and laptops inside the test room.
d. No scheduling process followed. Though register a week before he asks to come for a particular day, then make you to wait for atleast 5 hrs. He makes sure the people for running behind him for exam. I was given time on Tuesday 2PM on phone and I came at 1:30 PM. But he gave me the exam only at 9PM, I lost my half day office and client calls. The same happens to everyone appeared yesterday.
e. He is having reserved vouchers which he serves to his friends to take exams(different) repeatedly. How come he gets the free vouchers!!
d. Most of all he is saying that his center head supports him, so no one can stop him.

I believe there is not enough control on him and no monitoring by his manager. I am sure everyone will be scared of going there next time. I cant tolerate all these illegal things happening there which will spoil the credibility of NIIT.

What if the quotas are depleted in every centre until after my voucher expiration date and I can't schedule an appointment because of this that do not depend on me.
Turns out I will lost the fee I paid without a choice!!!
What I think is if they don't give us any choice, they are behaving just like bunch of thieves.

What they should do is publish an address or a phone in their website where we can solve these kind of scenaries.

I have registered for the gre exam and i received conformation message few days back i have lost the conformation message can u please re-send conformation message again as fast as possible

I paid for a Sun Voucher on 23/10/2008 at NIIT Camac Street Kolkata West Bengal.Still they did not give the voucher.I went there several times and every time they just give me some excuse.Center head Rakhee Sarkar assured me to refund the previous one and suggested me to buy another.Unfortunately I neither get the voucher nor the money.
If possible please help.

I am a student of NIIT in Guwahati. I took a voucher of Comptia A+ costing Rs 3000 on 23 of June 2010. My voucher expires on 23 of August. So, I opted to give the exam on 20 of August 2010. But i could not give the exam because there were some technical problems with prometric centre in NIIT Guwahati. And this technical problem persists even after 23 of August 2010. And i was not able to give the exam.

Now whenever i go to NIIT and ask them to give me a solution they say we cannot do anything and they say that money is gone we cannot refund you the money and ask me to do a 2 weeks training on CCNA and which is of no use.
