Prometric — Money debited from my account but showing transactions failed

My self Aman from Karnataka...
Yesterday I was scheduling my prometric dha pharmasist exam ... In end I filled all my card details n proceeded to payment it declined but after 30 min I got sms tht my money has been detected from my account... It was 240 dollars but not showing any bookings of exam...
Please help me out
