No slots available for irs enrolled agent examination

I have appeared and cleared 2 parts and need to clear last one to get enrolled and I am not getting any slots.
When the slots open, the site will not work and in order to connect with customer support, we have to wait for hours.
These calls are expensive and doesn't guarantee that we will get slots.
It has been close to a year and I check for slots everyday, it has become like a ritual for me and check slot and get...

    Hello sir/ma'am
    I, Dr. Kirpalsinh P. Katara ECFVG candidate. I have given a BCSE exam on October 30th, 2023 and according to BCSE bulletin guidline exam result supposed to come within 20 days but unfortunately I haven't received my BCSE exam result and according to ECFVG staff, Prometic centre hasn't sent my BCSE exam score to them.
    I request to send my exam result as soon as possible.

      On May 17th, I called the prometric phone line of[protected] to schedule my test for home health aide. The process went well but I would have to travel from Seattle to Olympia, a distance of 60 miles, to take my test on June 22nd. The reason for such a far location is that they cannot look in availability of more 30 days and my Vietnamese Language test needs a translator that has to be on site for the whole time which would make the whole testing site only Vietnamese test for that day. I happily accepted that and followed the rule. I was also noticed by the agent that there would be a cancellation fee of 25$ if I would like to reschedule. The next day, May 18th, I found out that my classmate who's in the same care giver program as me got a location in Kent on July 25th. I called again on May 19th to see what happened, and they said it was scheduled wrong by another agent. I got an answer that they could not do anything for me from both the general agent and the supervisor whose name is Shanai. They said it was non of their false and if I'd would like to cancel my appointment and pay 30$ fee. They also stated that they won't be able to schedule me the same day as of now since it's more than 30 days ahead. The conversation went back and forth for 40 minutes just on me telling them that they broke the rule and they either need to work on my case by waiving the fee for me and informing all the employee to make sure that the same mistake does not happen again or they need to do something about the other case. Shanai denied to do both and told me that she's the highest manager and paying 30$ fee and being put on differed is my only choice. She eventually puts me on hold instead of hanging up to make me give up. During the process i asked for employee number as well as her title and she said she does not have an employee number and I can call her whatever I want either manager or supervisor. That is very unprofessional of a company that work for the government. THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND I HAVE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING THE RULE AND BE IN THE DISADVANTAGE.

        Yesterday I was scheduling my prometric dha pharmasist exam ... In end I filled all my card details n proceeded to payment it declined but after 30 min I got sms tht my money has been detected from my account... It was 240 dollars but not showing any bookings of exam...

        Hello

        Am Anusha from Bangalore 3months ago i gave my 1st exam of cma n there i observed there was no water bottle allowed neither one was on table. I really felt very thirsty at the same time i wasn't having much time to ask them for water as i was getting distrubance already and time was running so i request you to convey this to prometric centre, do available water bottles on each student's table so that we can relax for bit n continue to attain exam confidently.

                I paid to renew my cna ny lisence paid the 40$ but then they ask for 115 cause I had to test they cash my money orders and that was in January I have not spoken to anyone cause they keep u on hold for hours so from January it us now may and I still have not been able to work cause my lisence expired in November but I’ve paid all the fees and I have not heard from them even thou when I check on line it says my status was completed

                    My GRE General Test was scheduled on 11th Feb 2022 at 1pm at Prometric Testing Centre at Kolkata. I got a call from the centre some days prior to my exam informing me that I need to report to the centre no late than 11am. On being asked the reason, he informed me that due to heavy checking and lots of procedures I need to report at that time. I live in a nearby town named Durgapur and had to travel that day to Kolkata for my GRE, which was the reason why I booked the 1pm slot. I had initially planned to reach the test centre by 11am, take rest somewhere, have my breakfast and take my painkiller for the backpain from which I was suffering from since the last past days. But after being informed that I need to be there, I planned to be there by 11am, and had assumed that I'll be sitting at my seat atleast 10mins before my start time, during which I can stretch myself and clear my mind.
                    But after reaching the centre, I was told to proceed for checking, after which I was taken to my seat, was told to check some confirmations on the screen, and finally, I was told to start my exam, at 11.30am even though my reservation was at 1pm. I told them that my exam is from 1pm and still the invigilator told me to start the exam and also added that I need to proceed the sections within 15 seconds or else it will be a violation. I was nervous about this, but had to start my exam. The people knew that I was travelling from another town, they were keeping track of my travel via regular phone calls on my exam day, I had not eaten anything since the morning and also, I couldn't take my painkiller.
                    The exam registration had cost me approx INR 17K, and I didn't want to do anything which could lead to a violation, and this was how I was treated. After the exam, I asked one person why my exam was started so earlier and he said it's because they had to close the office within 4pm. I think this should've been communicated to me earlier on call if they had this issue with me, or they could've simply not kept the 1pm slot for that day. Whatever I did, I kept it within the rules. I booked the slot for 1pm because they had offered it. If they couldn't provide me the service, why should the I bear the cost for my damage. 17K is a huge sum for a middle class family. The score I got was below my expectations, and I feel I have been treated unfairly. I was mistreated, my trust on the examination system was misused just because they wanted to close the office at 4pm.
                    I feel the only way this issue can be resolved is either they compensate me for my loss or if they sponsor my next examination fee. I was scared to issue a complaint the next day of my exam. I waited for my scorecard to be published, only after which I am posting this complaint today.

                      I had booked my DHA exam on prometric for 19 jan 2022 was not allowed to give my exam and appear in it by prometric local authorities citing not carrying passport in original at the exam centre
                      I was carrying my other government IDs and even photocopy of my passport but they did allow me
                      I was never communicated from prometric that I have to carry passport in original at the time of exam, two emails came from prometric after my exam booking but none of these had communicated that I need to carry the passport in original
                      I went through mental harassment at the exam centre as local authorities were not listening and I was told to talk to customer care or the security guard
                      I was not even allowed to go inside
                      I was showing my passport photocopy but they were not ready to listen
                      Hereby requesting you to take strict action against prometric and kindly refund my US $280 or readjust with exam fees for future
                      I am a respected doctor and such behaviour is not tolerable
                      Kindly take strict action against prometric
                      Prometric is known for its mismanagement and also unethically charging people and creating issues in not letting the person appear or some technical issues come

                        I had paid and scheduled for Special enrolled agent exam part 1 & part 3 on last February 2021.

                        Due to international cancellation happend for SEE. I couldn't attend the test.

                        I had paid the fee for both exams.But till date I have received only one exam fee refund back. Still other one is pending.

                        I have been sending follow up mails to the globalmail ID of prometric. I didn't get any further actions.

                        It's being 10 months after the cancellation.

                        I seek immediate intervention to resolve the issue As soon as possible.

                          Before entering the test, the team there stayed for more than 30 minutes to check if it is me Linda and Dr Linda the same, I entered the exam very anxious and plus that they told me, my exam has the risk to not be counted due to the Dr before my name in the application, and when finally I entered the exam room I was surprised by the number of questions who where 100 not 150

                            I have appeared for the TOEFL exam on 14-Jul-2021. My exam was terribly affected due to the headsets issues.
                            When I started with my listening section, the headsets were not working properly. After the proctor tried fixing the headsets, there issues still persisted.
                            Even though the proctor shifted me to a different computer after the listening section, my score for the listening section was affected because I was not able to hear the audio properly.
                            I request you to look into the issue and help me in this regard. It would be helpful if you provide another opportunity to write the exam as this issue was from the exam center

                              Client Number: 795832 (CISI Exam)

                              I am making a report against a certain Gloria Boateng of the Prometric Testing Centre in Accra (Accra CBT Test Centre, Linear Assessment Services, 1st Floor, Total House, Liberia Road). After my CISI test as I left the centre, she approached me and made very inappropriate and unsavoury comments about my dressing and my family.

                              I think this should be addressed seriously because her duty there is to make sure the test is administered properly and not to demean candidates and attack their person. If this is not addressed appropriately, I would be forced to take legal action against Gloria Boateng and the centre. Thank you very much for your attention.

                                To whom it may concern,

                                My name is Nidhi Radadia and I gave my NBDE part 2 exam on 3/26/21 and 3/27/21 in Sioux Falls, SD. I am writing this email to request permission to re-test or be given a refund for the exam due to technical issues I encountered. During my exam, the computer was freezing between questions and I lost crucial time to answer questions appropriately. I raised the concern during my exam to the proctor but they were not able to do anything. The problem caused me to lose concentration, become anxious, which in turn negatively affected my ability to answer questions to the best of my knowledge. Sadly, I failed the exam by just 1 point, with the score of 74, and 75 being the passing mark. This has major implications on my ability to apply and be accepted into a dental school. This also has implications financially since I cannot afford to pay for the exam again. It is a matter of my career that I have worked very hard for, so I am humbly requesting if you can please review and investigate this matter. I missed passing the test by just one point due to what happened during my testing. Due to this, I request permission to re-test or be provided with a refund.

                                  I tried to take a test today that started at 9:30 AM. The software for their computer was horrible and I had to chat with someone for almost an hour.
                                  I was connected after an agent was connected to my computer but I was already 1.0 hour late for the start time.
                                  I finally got a proctor but she said her screen was freezing up. I lost contact with her so I tried to call the local company IQtesting.com. They were not open. I struggled and finally got a guy that helped me to a certain degree.
                                  I was already stressed out after this ordeal but I started to take the test. Lo and behold the test did not finish because I was cut off and my computer rebooted.
                                  I then called IQtesting and she said everything would be okay. I went through the procedure to get a procotor (third one of the day) but never got connected to one.
                                  I finished the test but had to go through all 100 questions again.
                                  This was a nightmare.
                                  I tried to call the IQtesting twice after this issue and left a voice mail.
                                  I think I should be allowed to take the test without paying another $63.00 for their incompentence.

                                    Prometric customer service team did not responded to my issue with appropriate solution with regards to exam cancellation. Urgent assistance required with this regards as I have my exam scheduled in few days. Call was hang up for 2 hours and no solution was provided.
