Prometric — No slots available for irs enrolled agent examination

I have appeared and cleared 2 parts and need to clear last one to get enrolled and I am not getting any slots.
When the slots open, the site will not work and in order to connect with customer support, we have to wait for hours.
These calls are expensive and doesn't guarantee that we will get slots.
It has been close to a year and I check for slots everyday, it has become like a ritual for me and check slot and get dissapointed.
Please take corrective action, this type of experience is not expected from companies like prometric.
My promotion and hike are depended on me passing this exam, it is frustrating and having impact on my mental health
