I cancelled my course enrollment in July 2025, and my university confirmed that the refund was processed and transferred to Propelld on 5th August 2025.
I have already paid two EMI installments of ₹3, 750 each (₹7, 500 total). However, despite multiple follow-ups (over 6 calls and several emails to Propelld), I have not received the refund.
Each time I contact their customer support, I am given the same response — to “wait for 1 week” or “wait for a confirmation mail” — but no resolution has been provided. My loan account even shows as closed, yet the refund has not been credited. Was this information helpful? |
