Last month, I was enrolled with SiimpliLearn; which I've withdrew now, SimpliLearn has raised REFUND request on Sep 20 2022, as a result there should be no loan on me but as my first EMI which falls on Oct 5th got due so I organised money for my EMI so that I should not be indulge myself in any trouble.

I was expecting as soon as SimpliLearn will refund Loan amount to Propelld they will refund my first EMI and handover NOC to me.

BUT Propelld has played with me and sent me an sms that due to insufficient balance in your account auto debit dint happened BUT there was more than EMI amount in the account.

I have sent multiple emails along with my bank statement & screenshots but so far NO updates.

Hi, I would like to highlight an issue with respect to propelld. They have falsely reported to credit bureau that I delayed payment of emi's due to which my credit score has been impacted very badly. I am pretty sure that they'll not be helping me out here as their customer services are pathetic. Just stay away from this fraud company.

I am took the courses form simplylearn form propelld but now I want to cancel my they propelld behaviour is very wrong with customer and I don't want continue because of my financial status is not good

I have taken a Education load in Propelld Team and missed out one Emi that too it can be cleared if they redeposit the cheque. But their staff calling and making lot of harrasments words which is not right..
IF the money is not recovered they can very well go for a legal which is right to collect the money.
but their staff are just arrogant and losing lot o[censored]nparliment words.

I had applied for an online data analytics course from IIT PALAKKAD through EMERITUS and obtained a loan from their partnered organisation Propelld Finance and due to some personal issues I had to backout from the course. I raised the cancellation request through the EMERITUS poc and she literally took more than two weeks to raise the request and told me to rest assured the course has been cancelled and we have sent back the fund to Propelld. Even after this I didn't receive any email of cancellation and dropped multiple emails to both the support team for the same and they just tried to shift blame of each other and made absolute fuss on the emails. Today one of the Propelld member called me and literally threatened to send goons to my home to collect the EMI. Talked to me very disrespectfully and threatened.

Respected Sir,

If I have set my EMI of certain amount then why would you deducted my EMI twice.
If I am able to pay double amount why would I go for the small amount that too with big interest and not NO COST LOANS.I do have other commitments as well.
Kindly send me back my one EMI and help me.

I enrolled for Simplilearn Cloud Architect course on 20th June 2022 and took loan from propelld,
Now I asked to cancel EMI loan to Simplilearn but no one is replying to my query to cancel EMI loan.
Also not getting any option on propelld.com to cancel my EMI Loan.
Service is not good from Simplilearn. Course content is not up to date.
Please help me to get this EMI canceled.

I want to cancel my Loan EMI which i took for Simplilearn Cloud Architect course, No one is responding to my query from simplilearn and I am unable to find any cancel option in propelld login.

I need help Simplilearn is not providing any support to my request.

I had take full stack java development course for 10 to 15 days and now I canceled my program
mentor guided me you canceld our program you not understand
Propelld team force me pay EMI why i am paying EMI instalment

I took a loan amount of 79999 from propelld for a course with Simplilearn. I wanted to discontinue the course as my work hours later got clashed the class timings. I requested them in a month time to discontinue and requested for refund as I was not taking their services anymore. Simplilearn did not let me discontinue as they wanted to enjoy the free money.

This conversation went on for 2 months and I had stopped paying any more emis. Propelld reached out to me and threatened me with filing a complaint and said they'll get my account marked as NPA. And in turn affecting my CIBIL. I started paying the emis with lots of difficulty as asked by propelld and the executive informed me that they'll remove the late penalty added to my account. It's been more than a year and they still have my account open inspite of paying all the emis.

Coming from a lower middle class family it is difficult to pay off 80k wherein I could have used the money for the betterment of my family.

Such a scam in the name of education.

Kindly help in getting the loan account closed from propelld and getting my refund from Simplilearn.

Earlier I have raised a complaint on Simplilearn for the Refund, they have initiated the Refund from their side after that propelld told paid ur emi we will return after ur refund from institute..and even my loan application has been foreclosed from Propelld Side. After that i have paid my 3 emi..but i didn't attend one single class.., when I ask about the my EMI amount, they stated in the mail "Refund has to be done by institute . Please contact institute once for refund...i want my emi amount..why u people telling lies..

I got loan from Propell for payment of Swosti Priya Swain's coaching fee course.First installnent Rozarpay recived and then next payments received by Avensu.And today Propelled auto debited from my account without any prior message.let me to know Who are the two Rozarpay and Avensu ?Are they authorised agency of Propelled? If then why Propelled auto debited from my account today and why not at first four installments thats were received by Rozarpay and Avensu.All these is beyond trustworthy .How much amount is received by Vedantu from Propelled tilldate inspite of de link my kid from learning .let me the details why propelled auto debited from my account.My email id [protected]@rediffmail.com.

Loan account is foreclosed by Propelld, however they are not providing NDC certificate and also impacting the CIBIL score. The support lady is worst, they dont have any esclation matrix and not even responding... if anyone knows his Founder number or email id..please help me with it..
