Propelld — Simplilearn refunded the amount but propelld collection team is harassing me | |||
Hi my name is nikita, I have applied for java developer job guarantee program from simplilearn after that one consultant called me and gave me a details also told me you can cancel it anytime if you dont understand the program or if you get other worst reason you can apply for the cancellation it is 100℅ refundable so basis of that I agree on that then he applied for the loan from his loan partner propelld I authorised the amount. But no body informed that, we can only cancel the program in 7 days I repeat NOBODY said that. After 15 days I requested and continuously sent an email to simplilearn for refund the amont to propelld and cancel my program which they agreed on that and initiated the loan amount on 6th of march. I forwarded the mail to propelld so they also get to know this but they did not. They are still calling me and harassing me for EMI, I have shared all the screen short and conversation but they not even listening me. Kindly help me with this. If they are harassing you please go to the police station and file an FIR as the police is really helpful. I did the same I contacted them I will also be filing an FIR as it is really affecting mental health.
