Propello — Chimney stilez plus

I bought a propello chimney worth 32000 rupees and after a couple of months the lights stopped working. I called the customer service several times. Days and months now they promise to get it fixed within weeksbut no one comes and there seems to be no help coming. I call them again and they say they sent a person and fixed it and promises to send someone to get it done for sure next time. Again the same story continues. No one comes, nothing. For what did I spend 32000 rupees in a brand chimney??? This is Terrible, i am horrified now. What m I suppose to do? Throw it? Or use it as it is? What kind of company is this?? Where is my money going here??
