I had purchased a Propello Divino Kitchen Chimney, Sl No. - MCD1409DV00419. My last service was due on 07/10/15. When we contacted for the service, they get back to us late, then when the get back to us we were not at home on that one particular day, and asked them to come to us the very next day. They came but didnt do their job and said they wont do service if we dont opt for AMC. After that they didnt get back to us for service and after repetitive chase after them they just give us a time for the service and didn't came and when we call them they dont respond us. They have now blocked my registered no. The authorised service centre is in Howrah, West Bengal. His Mob No. - [protected]. Please do take strict action against this person or agency.
