Proptiger — Cash-back amount and ur wrong commitment

I booked a flat in runway central park, chinchwad, pune via prop tiger and your salesperson promised to pay cash back/pass-back of rs. 54k after the booking without any pre-condition or any ifs.

I have valid proofs from santosh singh’s recorded call and the mail from rahul singh’s with passbook guarantee subject.

After booking i requested for cash back promised, so santosh singh told:”will provide after agreement”. Then after 15 days of booking, getting a call from rahul singh as”we are not giving cash back of 54k, bcoz we paid it to the builder against you. Its adjusted with your pricing”

After booking, your team takes turns for committed promises. Even not allow us to talk with the builder regarding your monkey business. Also rahul singh’s tone of speaking gets changed if i request for cash-back.

So my complaint points are:

Why prop tiger didn’t tell us at the time of booking as we are not able to provide you the promised cash-back?

For my booking and cash-back amount, who are you to deal with the builder in absence of me?

Why allow the sales team to commit wrong?

Point of actions:

We are on the way to cancellation the deal only because of your wrong commitment

Already holded remaining checks.

Talking with runway for the same.

Request:

Please provide me my cash back committed amount of 54k.

Thank you for your response. I have already stated that you commited me the loyalty discount without any preconditions and any ifs(proofs already submitted.). So I totally disagree with your terms and conditions that totally contradict with your commitment. That terms and conditions are not applicable to me.At the time of fulfilling a commitment, you are defining terms and conditions, this is totally unprincipled behaviour.There wouldn't be any conditions about agreement and commission, it should be on booking as mentioned in rahul's mail. Now you change your word after receiving our commission and agreement that is not trustable.Now, why are you explaining your business strategy to me about commissions, it's looking as i am purchasing flat only for your commissions. isn't it?There isn't any word as loyalty discount will be offered from your commissions then now why are you applying conditions of commission.If the loyalty discount is adjusted by the builder then why isn't it cleared with us before booking(Condition.7).
Request:
Please provide a loyalty discount before agreement. then only we can go for agreement.(We don't have trust on you now).Otherwise let us know, We can proceed for cancellation bcoz of your untrustworthiness.(already holds further cheques).
