[Resolved] Provogue — Amount not refunded after cancellation | |||
Dear team, Please respond to refund the amount towards the cancellation of Order no.[protected]Amount 2499/-). this order was cancelled on 19th Nov’14. We have received confirmation that, we will receive the said amount within 4-5 days. Till now we have not received amount. We are trying to call customer care, but not connecting. Even customer care is also not responding to our mails. Please let us know whom to contact. Pls. do needful at the earliest. Same problem, mine. I cancelled watch on 2oth Nov, and kept mail continuously their is no response yet. Hope as a customers we should take serious action. if any one supports then let me know or if they take Immediate action's fine or we should.
