Provogue — Did not recieve the watch which i had ordered

Hi, I ordered also ordered provogue watch on 2 AUG 2015 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected] and[protected] . Its been 16 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team. When I check the order status in provogue website, its showing Processing from the day beginning. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com and also to [protected]@icicibank.com but its of no use. I didn't get any reply from them.
