[Resolved]  Provogue — Didnt receive the watch which i have ordered on 30 th july

Hi, I ordered also ordered provogue watch on 30 JULY 2015 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected]. Its been 20 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team. When I check the order status in provogue website, its showing Processing from the day beginning. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com and also to [protected]@icicibank.com but its of no use. I didn't get any reply from them. I also tried their Customer Care No:[protected] which is not working either, it always says line busy.
