Provogue — Giving offer to icici customer is cheating

I order the provogue watch on 3rd aug-2015.
Using the code given by ICICI.
Order number #[protected]

I paid 299 rs and expected a wrist watch in 5 working days.

Till date they have not dispatched it.
They dont pick up the call, either number is busy or out of reach.
No reply for the mails sent.

I am feeling cheated by this duo.
