[Resolved] Provogue ICICI — Offer Watch not received | |||
Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 21 july 2015 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id#[protected] . Its been 60 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team. When I check the order status in provogue website, its showing Shortage found At HYDERABAD EAST Reason:- LOST IN TRANSIT I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com and also to [protected]@icicibank.com but its of no use. Jul 9, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally issue is resolved. Provogue India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Even i'm facing the same issue.
I have ordered provogue watch on 22nd August 2015 and made online payment.
I got confirmation mail for order confirmation Order ID :[protected]
If i'm tracking order it shows status as 'Complete'. I'm unable to track the order and Courier details are also incorrect.
Customer care number also not working.
Please help.
