[Resolved] Provogue India And HDFC Bank Bank — Provogue watch | |||||
Hi, I ordered provogue VJP Dial watch on 18 November 2015 and made the payment through NEFT of HDFC Bank. for this I got an acknowledgement Order No.[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "Processing " since from day first of the said order. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! and the item also not yet received, I fed up with the poor service and response .!!, However Iam an advocate Iam going to file a Case against Provogue and HDFC Bank both in 1 or 2 days directly in consumer court.. Its a duty of both companies to protect the interest of Consumers instead of that they are cheating by their fraudulent act.. and more ever iam collecting all the reviews and experience of the customers with regard to the Provogue Products..
