Provogue India — Defected watch sent | |||||
Hi, I received my Provogue watch (Order #[protected] using the ICICI credit card voucher received on applying for a card. The watch is defective and stopped immediately. This is not accepted as I paid for it (delivery charges R. 299) and do not expect a defective piece. Also, the Provogue customer care are not picking up the phone as usual. Kindly help in getting the watch replaced by a new perfect watch without any defect.
