[Resolved] Provogue India — Did not receive order incorrect tracking information on the website & hdfc bank — partnering with provogue to cheat hdfc customers | |||||
I ordered a Provogue Women WATCH on 28/11/2015 through the HDFC offer from www.provogue.com. The provogue website updated order (Number[protected] as COMPLETE and shipping details is updated with MUMPVGP636594, I contacted GOJAVAS they said no. such order detail available with them, When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply on the posts on their FB page. No reply for the tweets. Highly pathetic customer service. HDFC should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with HDFC in the past 6 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped. . Request a refund.
