Provogue India — Faulty watch supplied | |||
I have purchased one Provogue ladies watch through ICICI Bank. I have received this watch on 5th November 2015. On receipt of this watch, I found the same is not working properly and after a day it started working for few hours and again it stopped. I tried to contact Provogue customer care number many times, but not able to speak with any of their customer care executives. I have sent multiple emails and a letter to their office (by courier) and for that no response till date. I need to get this watch replaced, but the main problem is no one (neither from Provogue nor from ICICI bank is responding). Was this information helpful? | |||
