Provogue India — I have Mailed on 22 Aug 24 for Damage Bag but no Reply & no Resolution by provogue

My brother have purchased laptop backpack of provogue from flipkart on date 14/07/2024. Bag Damage in only 1 Month from different different side. Poor Quality by Provogue. I have attached photos of damage bag.
Also attached Invoice Copy for your reference.
So please solve my problem as soon as possible.
