Provogue India — ICICI Bank's Provogue Watch Offer not delivered

ICICI Bank's Provogue Watch Offer not delivered till yet. Got Email on 31-August that your Order[protected]is dispatched. But I never received my parcel! When I logged in to the provogue site and checked my order status, it says it is complete. There is no mention of which courier service they are using hence no way to verify the tracking It just gives a shipment number which is untraceable. My SHIPMENT number is[protected]. It sincerely request you to verify and check with PROVOGUE I have tried to contact Provogue also but none of their numbers work (no one picks up). Then I searched online and found I also fall prey to a fraudulent offer. Please look in to the matter seriously and I think both the companies, ICICI Bank and Provogue are involved and should be severly punished against fraudulent and luring innocent customers. Please let me know what could be the solution for such scam.
