Laptop bag torn from both sided also zip broken..I have purchased it from Flipkart on date of receiving 15 October 2023 which is having 1 year domestic warranty and there is no website or support available to claim the warranty as this product is having multiple issues and flipkart denied for the refund/replacement.I would appreciate if it can be considered though this platform to get the resolution..

Kindly help me to provide customer care or warranty support of provogue India as it will be very difficult to get the long wait for this support as there is no direct connect for the warranty support.
