Provogue India — money was deducted but order confirmation not received | |||
Yesterday i tried to order icici merchandise from this website.. The transaction was successful but i dint receive any order details... I have the transaction id from the bank as well... And i have no other way to reach without an order id... My bank is not able to help me as the transaction was successful. And you gys don even have a proper customer care where you can actually explain. The no give in customer care keeps on asking the order id... Dude i dont have one thats the issue. I had ordered my watch on 21 may 19. I have not received my order till now. My order number is[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered in 01 days. It is still processing. Order is not yet dispatched also.
