Dear Sir, I had place Order No.[protected] of Gym Bag SKU 104339-GY-412-F on 08th Auguest, 2016 from an offer from Axis Bank with their discount code in which they mentioned I have to only pay shipping & handling charges of Rs. 299/- for the product of Rs. 1499/-. I got email confirmation from Provogue mentioning the details of order and order will be delivered in next 28 days but the product is not received yet. When i track the order on Provogue website its shows Status: Complete and expected delivery date as 22th August, 2016 but today it is already 01st September, 2016.
