Provogue India — poor quality bag. not ready to replace or refund

I purchased provogue watch under scheme from icici. They sent me poor quality bag and it is not suitable to put laptop. It is not worth for money. I complained to customer service. They said they will refund a money. But still they haven't refunded. Now customer service is not responding to repeated mails and phone calls.

Provogue service is very bad and such incidences are impacting image of icici bank. Now icici is also not taking any responsibility and they are not ready to take feedback also.

I got a message that

" Dear, Sir
I have send total confirmation to company but for legal Notice i have require Complaint Confirmation so please call me.
m.n-[protected] "

When I called him, he said he is Mr. Abhishek working as a legal advisor in consumer complaints and collected all bank details to refund a money.

I have a doubt that Is legal advisor from consumer complaints ask for bank details ?
Really is he working for consumer complaints ? or Fraud call ?
Can you please confirm from any of you from consumer complaints team.
Many people got cheated by like this

Please do the needful for serious action if it is fraud call(Mr. Abhishek working as a legal advisor in consumer complaints)
