Provogue India — Provogue - Axis Bank offer Travel Bag not received : ORDER No[protected] | |||
Hi, I am having an savings account with Axis Bank. As per the Deposit Mobilization scheme run by bank, I was eligible for Provogue travel bag and accordingly received an e-voucher from Provogue India (a third party service provider) which I redeemed at www.provogue.com/axispvg. I placed the order on 22nd May 2015 and my order no is[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 4 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!!
