[Resolved] Provogue — Neither the product is delivered nor any update being provided for Order No[protected] | |||
Hi, My experience with your company is too frustrating. I had booked my Order (No[protected] on 26th of November. On 30th I received a confirmation mail stating that the product is dispatched by Delhivery and the tracking ID is[protected]. The tracking page of Delhivery says that the product is returned due to No_Delivery_Zone. The last update on this page was on 3rd December. I have been trying to chase your so called "customer care" who doesn't at all care for the customer. I tried to explain n number of time to your team about the issue, but every time I receive the same copied sentence - "we can dispatch the product ASAP. the product delivered 2&3 day" which first of all doesn't make sense to me and neither it confirms that the issue is at all read in the mail. Do you have a team you can really read and understand the concern and then resolve of issue. If not, please cancel the order and return my money back.
