[Resolved] Provogue — No Change in the Order Status | |||
This is with respect to an order made for a Gents watch from Provogue through the ICICI offer. I made the order on August 26, 2015 and made the payment through ICICI netbanking. Immediately I received a confirmation of the order and the amount was debited from my account. Since then the order status on PROVOGUE website states "Processing (Under Dispatch)". The order number is[protected]. Seeing at so many complaints registered in this regard, I have no hope of getting neither the watch nor my money back. Calls to Provogue customer care are also not answered. If this is the level of customer service from Provogue, why is ICICI bank advertising them on their home page. Being a customer of ICICI for a long time, I did not expect them to trap their customers with such non trustworthy offers. I request either ICICI or Provogue to clarify the issue. In case the issue cannot be resolved here, the only option will be to report ICICI as well as Provogue to the consumer court legally. Kindly provide me a clarification. Sep 20, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Even though I did not get any response from any of the customer care, the watch was delivered yesterday in good condition. Provogue India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

The complaint was registered by me originally, for the order made by me. I appreciate your response to Mr. Sarkar's complaint, but I would have expected you to answer the original complaint first before the other person who simply copied the entire compliant just changing the order number. I request you to provide solution to my issue.
